Horrible Weather
80 degrees yesterday, today 40 degrees and pouring rain with county wide flooding.
Tonight 30 degrees and has turned to snow, 3-6" predicted this evening for the mountain areas...that is us.
Harvey boiled again today. Making Grade B.
I heard today that some Enosburg sugarmakers have 0 percent sugar content in the sap or have very slimy sap and are dumping their sap on the ground.
Suppose to be 22 degrees tonight, we haven't had a freeze in quite a few days, this could create another boiling day.

Symon has become our official taste tester this maple season.
And I took a moment to sit on the bank of the pond.
